Is It Fair on Care ? - Mandatory COVID Vaccinations for Care Staff

By 11/11/2021, all care home staff must be double COVID vaccinated before being allowed to enter their place of work.

It will apply to all workers employed directly by the care home or care home provider (on a full-time or part-time basis), those employed by an agency and deployed by the care home, and volunteers deployed in the care home.

The implications for the sector could see staff currently employed, having to leave their jobs at a time when indications are, that COVID is currently on the rise.
